At Ooni, we stand by our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Oven

  Carefully place your Ooni oven and accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
